One final note.
It all starts with a seed. Sovereign Seed Apothecary & Snacks was birthed from our founder as a way to reclaim her power. Overworked, overwhelmed and mentally overstimulated, she just wasn’t well overall. She started working on healing her mind, caring for her body and ultimately freed her soul. She leaned in to what resonated and that was to rely on the Creator for All Things Good. She was guided from the Heavens to go back to the roots. She started living a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle which gave birth to our foundation. For us, the definition of “whole-food, plant-based” is utilizing herbs, fruit, vegetables, clean meat and minimally processed ingredients for the entire body, inside and out. Studies show that the gut (the second brain) is directly correlated to our mental health. If our stomachs are not aligned, we can expect our mental health to be at-risk, which impacts other parts of the body as well. Our message is that health is accessible to all. We just have to shift our perspective and know better health leads to better wealth in every way. It’s as easy as picking up a bag of unfried, dehydrated chips, seasoned popcorn, or having a sip of our signature lavender lemonade. Because it all starts with a seed.
